Our returns policy is valid for a maxiumum 28 days from receipt of goods. If you would like to return a faulty CD, Cassette, DVD or Video, simply indicate
the reason for your return, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the
package securely and send to: The Brolly Club, The Hollies, Bennetts Road North, Keresley, Coventry CV7 8JY.
Please note that it is advised that all returned goods are sent via registered
post to avoid any items lost or stolen during transit.
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full
refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and
processed the item (please allow up to 14 days for this process). Please note
that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange discs unless they are received faulty or, the
wrong title is received incorrectly. Refunds will be given at discretion on a
case by case basis.
